GOALS

To gain an understanding of the team’s design process as a way of improving its impact on business operations.

The learning process focuses on design tools and business tools that can be used to obtain an overview of trends.

The course is divided into two parts. The first part presents the latest trends in ceramics, enabling students to create their own trend map. The second part of the course focuses on Customer Experience (CX) with the aim of understanding the touchpoints of the company’s users and stakeholders, thereby enabling designers to gain a broader perspective.
